Our Mission
Our mission is to provide reliable, compassionate support for seniors who need assistance with daily activities, helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Meet Jeanne
Jeanne Bennett is the founder of Keeton Rose Helping Hands, a non-medical senior concierge service based in Monroe County.
She created the business to provide reliable, consistent support for seniors who need help with everyday tasks, while giving families peace of mind.
Jeanne believes that care should feel personal, not rushed. Her approach is rooted in showing up, building trust, and making sure each client feels safe, respected, and supported in their own home.
Through Keeton Rose Helping Hands, she provides companionship, organization, errand support, and appointment coordination, helping seniors maintain independence while easing the load for their families.
This work is personal to Jeanne. She has cared for her own family, including her 93-year-old mother-in-law, who is living with dementia, giving her a deep understanding of the patience and consistency this level of care requires.
She understands how overwhelming it can be to manage everything, especially when families are balancing their own responsibilities or living at a distance.
That’s why communication and consistency are a key part of her service, ensuring families feel informed and confident in the care their loved one is receiving.
Keeton Rose Helping Hands was built to bridge the gap between independence and full-time care, offering dependable support when it’s needed most.
Jeanne is a certified caregiver, fully insured, and serves Monroe County and the surrounding areas.
